Join us for an engaging, interactive musical concert from an award winning musician! Pamela West, an Ohio native, heads a community music center in Hobart, New York, where she works with children and parents, engaging them in a love of music. Her CD "Unicorn Crossing" won a Parent's Choice Award, she is a host of a children's radio show in NY, and she has made television appearances nationally and internationally. This is a unique opportunity to participate in one of her concerts. The event is most appropriate for families with children from infants to age 10.

For children birth through grade 3.

HOW TO PLAY


Step 1: Just click above to sign up or log in.


Step 2: Log reading time to earn shovels.

Children earn shovels for time spent reading. Parents will decide how long their child should read to earn a shovel. Log one shovel each time your child reads for the length of time you chose.We recommend 20 minutes to one hour, depending on your child’s reading level.

Step 3: Visit your library to get a prize and entry form when you reach each goal!

• Reach 10 Shovels: First Prize
• Reach 20 Shovels: Second Prize
• Reach 30 Shovels: Book of your choice

Register online by June 2 to be entered in a special prize drawing!
